Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to all services provided by Kindly Now Ltd, company number 15809309, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF ("Kindly Now", "we", "us"). By booking a session, package or programme, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Kindly Now provides private psychological care, led by Dr Stephanie Knight, Chartered Counselling Psychologist (HCPC registered, PYL047512). Our services are Kindly Therapy, Kindly Rehab and Kindly Care (consulting and case management). Services are provided online, with in-person consulting available on request.

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over.

2. Not an emergency service

Kindly Now is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent support in the UK, call NHS 111, or Samaritans on 116 123. Outside the UK, contact your local emergency services.

Message support as part of Kindly Rehab is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, and is not monitored outside these hours.

3. Suitability

Kindly Therapy and Kindly Rehab begin with an initial assessment. If, at any point, another form of care would serve you better, such as medical, inpatient or detox treatment, Stephanie will tell you and help you find it. GP clearance is required for Kindly Rehab where substance use or an eating disorder is involved. Kindly Now does not provide detox.

4. Fees and payment

Current fees are set out on our website and confirmed before you book. Fees are payable in advance of the session, package or programme they relate to, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Where other specialists are involved in your care, their fees, and any fee for arranging their involvement, are quoted separately and agreed with you in advance.

5. Packages and programmes

Kindly Therapy packages are designed for weekly sessions over a set period. Kindly Rehab programmes run for eight or twelve weeks, and additional weeks may be added by agreement. Packages and programmes are time-limited and should be completed within their intended period.

6. Rescheduling and cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled if you give at least 72 hours' notice. Exceptions are made in an emergency.

7. Refunds

Kindly Therapy and Kindly Rehab packages are non-refundable.

8. Confidentiality

Everything you share is treated as confidential, in line with the professional standards of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Confidentiality may be broken only where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, where we are required to do so by law, or with your consent. Wherever possible, we will discuss this with you first.

9. Online sessions

For online sessions, please join from a private, quiet space with a reliable internet connection. Sessions are not recorded by either party without written agreement.

10. Personal information

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy and Cookie Policy and UK data protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
