Testimonials
What clients say
-
"I had just come out of rehab, and although I had good foundations, I knew that the harder work would only start once I got home and was back to the challenges of real life… Working with Steph has been the best investment I've made in my life since rehab."
-
"When I started working with Stephanie, my life was falling apart due to behavioural addictions… I have come to understand my addictive behaviours in a whole new light and have also built new, healthier habits. It has been completely life-changing."
The Approach
The work begins with curiosity about what addiction has been doing for you, what it has meant, and what can be built in its place.
"Addiction, whatever its form, has always been a desperate search, on a false and hopeless path, for the fulfilment of a human freedom."
Medard Boss, existential psychiatrist
